Light Berry Tart

Ingredients for the base:
- 200 g whole wheat flour.
- 50 ml coconut oil or olive oil.
- 50 ml water.
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 200 g fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Juice of half a lemon.
Preparation:
- Mix the flour, oil, water, and honey until you get a smooth dough.
- Roll out the base in a tart pan and prick it with a fork.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the berries with lemon juice and sugar for five minutes.
- Pour the mixture onto the base and bake for another 10 minutes.
