Dr. Antonio Arcadipane

Dr. Antonio Arcadipane is the Chief of the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at ISMETT since 2003. Dr. Arcadipane graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Palermo in 1991 with a final score of 110/110 cum laude, and pursued his specialization in Anesthesia and Critical Care at the University of Dresden in Germany. From 1997 to 2000, he served as consultant for Anesthesia and Critical Care at Clinica Maria Eleonora in Palermo. In 2000, he joined ISMETT as assistant anesthesiologist. Dr. Arcadipane is a member of SIAARTI (Italian Society of Anesthesia, Analgesia, Resuscitation and Intensive Therapy) and Chairman of the 2015-2018 Vascular Thoracic Cardiac Anesthesia Study Group.
