After earning her diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy from the San Camillo Forlanini Hospital in Rome, she graduated with honors in Physiotherapy from Sapienza University of Rome. She continued her professional development by specializing in manual therapy and integrated rehabilitation of spinal and peripheral joints, with a particular focus on the assessment and treatment of movement system dysfunctions of the lumbar spine according to the approach developed by Shirley Sahrmann.
She also specialized in psychocorporal neuropostural re-education and attended numerous advanced courses in postural myofunctional therapy, manual stimulation of acupoints, and manual techniques such as Pompage and the Mulligan Concept. Additionally, she incorporates Eastern approaches such as the Kochi Method and Shiatsu following the Masunaga style.
