Dr. Gianfreda is a specialist in digestive surgery and digestive surgical endoscopy. She has been dedicated for over 15 years to the treatment of pathologies in the field of cancer surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic and with particular specialization in the treatment of colonprochntological pathologies and female pelvis (hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, bladder prolapse, uterine and vaginal prolapse). She is the I Level Medical Director in General Surgery at the M.G.Vannini Hospital in Rome, UOC of general and urgency surgery. She is responsible for the simple operating unit (U.O.S.) at the M.G.Vannini Hospital of ColonproTological Surgery and Pelvic Floor Pathologies with management of the specialist clinic dedicated to the pathologies that affect the various organs involved in the female and male pelvic region. As part of her professional activity, she pays particular attention to the consultation phase with patients by establishing an innovative approach in the treatment of these pathologies and offering a multidisciplinary framework both in diagnostics and surgical treatment.
