Dr. Michele Marino

Dr. Marino is an ophthalmologist, having trained in Italy, England and India. Since 2007, he has been working at the City of Rome where, under the guidance of Dr. Giovanni Grieco, one of the pioneers of cataract surgery with the Facoemulsification technique in topical anesthesia, he has refined the surgical technique, with constant attention to new and different surgical techniques. His specialization areas are: cataract surgery with iol premium system (multifocal and toric lenses), refractive surgery as laser treatment for the correction of vision defects (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism), lens system intraocular (ICL) for corrections of high visual defects, glaucoma surgery; intravitreal injections for the treatment of maculopathies; Retina surgery (pucker and macular hole) and uveiti.
