Dr. Gabriele Maritati

Gabriele Maritati is a surgeon specialized in Vascular Surgery. After his degree in Medicine and Surgery, he specialized in Vascular Surgery at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome, and was later a fellow of the European Board of Vascular Surgery (FEBVS) in Lucerne, Switzerland. He also attended a management training program for healthcare executives.

Throughout his career, Dr. Maritati participated in over 4,200 vascular surgical procedures, primarily for arterial diseases, as surgeon or assistant surgeon, and performed over 1,500 procedures as chief surgeon.

Dr. Maritati has held various positions at S. Camillo-Forlanini Hospital in Rome, including head of the Vascular Surgery Department. He also gained international experience as consultant vascular surgeon at the Vascular Institute in Leeds, UK.

He is the author of several scientific publications.
