Dr. Eugenio Marotta

Dr. Eugenio Marotta is a radiologist specialized in Radiodiagnostics at Sapienza University of Rome, where he completed his specialist training at the Department of Radiological Sciences of Policlinico Umberto I Hospital.

During his studies, he developed a particular interest in cardiovascular and oncological imaging, as reflected in his thesis on contrast-enhanced ultrasound in abdominal aortic endografts.

He has gained experience in internal, breast, musculoskeletal, and vascular ultrasound, also through his work at several private diagnostic centers in Rome and its province.

His clinical practice includes musculoskeletal, internal, and neuroradiological MRI and CT imaging, as well as conventional radiology and ultrasound. He is highly proficient in the use of the main equipment and post-processing software commonly adopted in hospital and outpatient settings.

He has also contributed to scientific publications in the field of cardiovascular imaging and methods for the assessment of liver lesions.
