Dr. Federico Martello

Dr. Federico Martello is a medical surgeon specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatrics), expert in the treatment of pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction.

He is director of the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at UPMC Salvator Mundi International Hospital.

After graduating in Physiotherapy from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” he continued his studies at the same university, earning with honors his degree in Medicine and Surgery, followed by a specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of “La Sapienza” in Rome. He also completed a second-level Master's degree in “Chronic Pain Therapy: Invasive, Minimally Invasive Techniques, and Drug Therapy” at the same university.

Dr. Martello's work focuses primarily on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, as well as performing outpatient ultrasound-guided infiltrative procedures for the treatment of joint and tendon pathologies.
