Dr. Francesca Romana Pezzella

Dr. Pezzella is a neurologist. Her research doctorate focused on experimental neurology and second level university master in Cerebrovascular diseases from the University of Rome La Sapienza. She is II level University Master's on clinical neuropsychology and neuropsychopathology- Psychodiagnostic evaluation and rehabilitation-psychological interventions in the adult and in the elderly from Lumsa University. She also has a II level university Master's on neuro-ophthalmology from the University of Parma. Areas of interest include stroke, cerebrovascular diseases and neurology (neuroimaging in cognitive disorders and strokes; neurosciences and disorders of affectivity, neuropsychology and neuropsychiatry, neuro-opalmology, forensic sciences, clinimetry). She is medical director of the Stroke Unit, Department of Neuroscience, Ao San Camillo Forlanini, Rome and author of several scientific publications.
