Dr. Andrea Maria Plateroti

Dr. Plateroti specializes in ophthalomology. He trained abroad at the Medical and Surgical Retina Clinic at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York where he deepened new diagnosis and therapy methods in the context of retinal pathologies of clinical and surgical interest. From 2010 to present he has performed, among others, as the lead clinician about 1250 intravitreal drug injections, about1000 crossbinking interventions, and about 500 yag-laser capsulotomy interventions. He is an author of several scientific publications.
