Dr. Sebastiano Porcino is an orthopaedic surgeon. After graduating in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Messina, he specialised in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at La Sapienza University in Rome.

He is an expert in a wide range of orthopaedic problems, including arthrosis, fractures, sciatica, tendinitis and muscle injuries, with particular expertise in knee, meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament pathologies. He performs arthroscopic and prosthetic surgery.

Dr. Porcino devotes particular attention to sports injuries, an activity he develops thanks to his membership of the staff of the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio: he has worked with the women's youth national team, the senior national five-a-side football team, and currently with the men's national Under-19 football team.

Since 2013, he has been Medical Director at the U.O.C. of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the San Giovanni Addolorata Hospital in Rome. He is a member of several Italian scientific societies, including SIOT, SIAGASCOT, ALOTO.
