Dr. Olga Ramazzotti is a nutritionist biologist. After her three-year degree in Health Biotechnology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, she obtained her Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology and Bioengineering at La Sapienza University in Rome with top marks. She continued her education by obtaining a PhD in Biomolecular Sciences and Biotechnology at the University of Pavia's Institute for Advanced Studies (IUSS), as well as a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from Nutrifor.

Dr. Ramazzotti further deepened her knowledge on food and nutrition by attending the Salerno School of Nutrition. She also holds a Master's degree in International Business Management from the ISTAO Business School in Ancona. She has completed internships at King's College Hospital in London and Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli in Rome.

She is a member of the Order of Biologists of Lazio and Abruzzo and continues to dedicate herself to the study of scientific updates in the field of nutrition and biotechnology.
