Dr. Francesco Stortoni

Dr. Stortoni is a specialist in Nephrology and General Surgery. Since 2000 he has served as medical director at the Nephrology and Dialysis Department of the San Camillo Forlanini Hospital in Rome with responsibility for the management of vascular access for hemodialysis. For over thirty years he worked in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease and arterial hypertension. Areas of intervention include chronic renal insufficiency, arterial hypertension, kidney stones, renal cysts, pediatric nephrology, particular and in-depth diagnostic pathways, prevention of damage from contrast medium in renal surgery and in oncology. Dr. Stortoni is the author of several scientific works. He practices at UPMC Salvator Mundi International Hospital.
