The Operative Unit of Cardiology Directed was the first facility for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in Italy in 2022 and the first in Lazio as number of coronary angioplasty procedures performed.

Author of more than 500 reviewed publications in international journals. Some of the research carried out has been used in the drafting of International Guidelines (of the American Heart Association/American College of Cardiology - European Society of Cardiology).

He has experience in clinical cardiology, hemodynamics and interventional cardiology, which he has performed since 1990.
