Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, 150g each
  • 2 fennels
  • 1 orange and 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Dill or fennel fronds
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

Place the fennel and citrus slices in a baking dish, lay the salmon fillets on top, and season with oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Bake at 180 °C for 14 -16 minutes.
