Spinach, Strawberry, and Almond Salad | UPMC Italy

Ingredients:

  • 100 g fresh spinach.
  • 100 g strawberries.
  • 30 g sliced almonds.
  • 1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • Salt (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. Wash the spinach and strawberries. Slice the strawberries.
  2. Lightly toast the almonds in a pan for a more intense flavour.
  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and dress with oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
