Spinach, Strawberry, and Almond Salad

Ingredients:
- 100 g fresh spinach.
- 100 g strawberries.
- 30 g sliced almonds.
- 1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Juice of half a lemon.
- Salt (to taste).
Preparation:
- Wash the spinach and strawberries. Slice the strawberries.
- Lightly toast the almonds in a pan for a more intense flavour.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and dress with oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
