Hematology Services at UPMC
- Hematology consultation: clinical evaluation and interpretation of blood test results for the diagnosis and monitoring of hematologic conditions.
- Coagulation disorder assessment: evaluation of bleeding or thrombosis risk, with additional targeted laboratory testing when needed.
- Specialized hematology diagnostics: laboratory, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic, and molecular testing for the evaluation of suspected hematologic malignancies.
