We offer a comprehensive array of operational and logistical support services to our international patients, their family members or caregivers, from pre-arrival through follow-up:

• Translation of clinical, financial, and administrative documentation.
• Face-to-face and remote interpreting, via video call or telephone.
• Support services, including, but not limited to, welcoming, assistance with transportation arrangements, transfers, accommodation, administrative procedures, special dietary, cultural, and religious needs.

Our services are delivered by a team of interpreters and translators with extensive professional experience in the medical field. This ensures confidentiality, as well as effective and efficient communication with clinical and administrative staff.

Translation and interpreting services are provided in the following languages:

• English.
• Italian.
