Dr. Presutto is a graduate of the Institute of Genetics of the La Sapienza University. She attended the specialization course in microbiology at the Federico II University of Naples and carried out the Biennale internship at the IRCCS Lazzaro Spallanzani microbiology laboratory. She participated in the course New developments in the microbiological and virological diagnostics of the Public Health Department of the University of Florence and worked at the transfusion center of the Fatebenefratelli Tiberina hospital in Rome and at the Analysis Laboratory of the Daughter hospital in San Camillo in Rome. Since 1998 she has held the role of technical director of the analysis laboratory at UPMC Salvator Mundi International Hospital. She continues her medical eduation on: blood parasites of the reticulo-endothelial system; intestinal parasites; emerging and re -emerging parasitosis; diagnostic aspects of mycosis; allergology and clinical immunology, diagnostic and the clinical pathologies of allergic and immunomediated pathogenesis disease; international medicine, global health and interdisciplinary rehabilitation; the clinical microbiology laboratory in the control of infections from Gram Nexdr bacteria and the use of antimicrobials. She also collaborates with the team of specialists of the gender medicine service - Women's care at UPMC Salvator Mundi International Hospital.
